Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Cedar Hollow Publishing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Cedar Hollow Publishing," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, digital products, e-books and software-as-a-service applications (together, the "Services"). If you access or buy any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or use the Services. When you use the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

2. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential and to tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full card details. You authorize us and our processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes. If you are outside the United States, your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Some Services, including our SaaS products and some memberships, are sold as subscriptions. These subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@cedarhollowpublishing.com. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. If a subscription price changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

5. License to use digital content

When you buy a course, e-book or other digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless the product description says otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, distribute, publicly display, record or create derivative works from our content. You also may not share your login credentials with others. If you break this section, we may end your access without a refund.

6. Software (SaaS) use

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use our software during your active subscription. You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile or try to get the source code;
interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose;
resell or sublicense access without our written permission.

You own any data you upload ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Data only to provide the Services to you.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, text, video, graphics and other materials in the Services belong to Cedar Hollow Publishing LLC or its licensors. They are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Apart from the limited license in these Terms, you receive no rights to them.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. No professional advice; results

Our educational content is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income or result. Please see our Earnings & Results Disclaimer.

10. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, such as payment processors, course hosting providers and email services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they are subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CEDAR HOLLOW PUBLISHING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cedar Hollow Publishing LLC from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that cannot be resolved informally will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Online courses and digital products

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, unless a longer guarantee period is stated on the product's sales page. In that case, the longer period applies. To request a refund, email support@cedarhollowpublishing.com from the email address used for the purchase and include your order details. After the refund period ends, all sales are final.

2. Software subscriptions (SaaS)

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel your first subscription payment within 30 days, you can ask for a full refund of that payment. Renewal payments and partial billing periods are not refundable, except where required by law.

3. Purchases through third-party platforms

If you bought a product through a third-party marketplace or checkout platform, that platform's refund terms may also apply. Refund requests may need to be made through that platform.

4. Abuse

We may refuse refunds if we see abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds or downloading or consuming most of a product before asking for a refund. We may also refuse refunds if you have breached our Terms of Service.

5. Processing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.
